We are a well established, kiwi owned and operated company with a successful history with FUSO and Mercedes Benz. We have branches in Whangarei, Manukau, Hamilton and Bay of Plenty. With over 150 loyal and valuable staff belonging to the KAT family, we now are in search of highly motivated administrator.
We have an exciting role available to assist both the Parts and Service teams in administration duties, and support the company in servicing the Waikato transport industry.
With your outstanding administration experience, you will be responsible for ensuring all Company invoices are generated and sent out in a timely fashion, chasing up outstanding outwork invoices, and processing workshop and parts creditor invoices and warranty credit notes. You will enforce that the correct order number process is followed and all staff remain compliant, check on all open sales for future processing orders, as well as run associated stock management reports.
We are looking for a confident communicator who can build strong relationships, is innovative with the ability to work within set timeframes. You must be highly organised along with being a whizz on the computer. Previous administration experience is essential, and you will need to be methodical, analytical and accurate with good attention to detail.
