We have over 140 staff incorporating automotive technicians, vehicle sales representatives, parts advisors, vehicle logistics and preparation team and administrative support staff.

Our Manukau branch is seeking a highly motivated Service Administrator to join the team ensuring that we provide a first class service to our clients.

This role supports the Service team and Advisors by stepping in once the Job Cards have been completed by the automotive technicians, and ensuring accurate costings and invoicing are undertaken in a timely manner. You will be responsible for following up on outwork order numbers, reviewing technician's notes to ensure that hours, parts and consumables are correctly accounted for, and finalising job cards and costings so invoicing can be efficient and professional.

You must be an excellent communicator and have the ability to multitask whilst meeting strict timelines. Being based in the service team will also see you answering phones promptly and greeting customers personally. Excellent computer skills, being methodical and analytical, and attention to detail are required. An automotive background would be beneficial to assist with understanding job card stories.
