We're looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Hamilton branch. This pivotal role ensures our vehicles are prepared, compliant, and delivered on time while supporting wider logistics operations across the North Island. You'll be the link between drivers, Sales, and customers—making sure every delivery runs smoothly and professionally.

What You'll Do

• Plan and oversee vehicle movements, transfers, and deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle logistics, including pre-build, post-build and customer delivery processes.
• Allocate, brief, and support drivers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Ensure vehicles are presented to the highest standard for customer handovers.
• Work closely with Sales and Key Account Managers to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on vehicle readiness.
• Support cross-branch logistics projects and collaborate with wider teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics coordination, fleet management, or a similar field.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High attention to detail and a focus on compliance.
• Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing demands.
• Tech-savvy with logistics systems (or eager to learn).
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Class 4 licence (required).
