We're looking for an Assistant Parts Manager to join our Hamilton branch. This is a key position supporting the Parts Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient stock management within the branch.

About the Role

You'll play a hands-on role assisting with the management of our parts department - helping deliver professional, efficient service to both internal and external customers. From supporting trade sales and inventory control to guiding team members and maintaining high standards in presentation and process, you'll help drive performance and excellence across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to customers requiring parts and accessories
• Support and guide the Parts team, helping allocate workloads and ensuring processes run smoothly
• Follow up trade quotes and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers
• Maintain accurate stock inventory and sales records
• Assist with showroom and warehouse presentation
• Step up to cover the Parts Manager when required
• Promote and uphold all Health & Safety standards

What You'll Bring

• Strong background in customer service within the automotive or transport industry
• Proven computer literacy and systems experience
• Solid knowledge of parts and stock management
• A positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Motivation, initiative, and the ability to take ownership of tasks
